in Water bills
i paid £45 a month by DD for my water (meter)
i complained coz i was sure it was too big.
after 2 years of complaining, they come round to check it, only to find i had been paying my neighbours bill all along.
i then recieved a revised bill, today. i was excited for my rebate.
AND I WAS HIT FOR A £250 bill!!!!!!!!!!!!
gutted.
they've hiked my DD upto £55.
isnt this a massive amount?????? im sure they are rippin me off, but i dont understand the bills they are sending me.
