Unlike other companies, we actually care enough to find out what people think of our services, so that we can improve wherever possible, and the MSE forums is one of the best places to do it. The discussion on MSE is usually pretty good and helpful

We only ever post in response to queries posted on MSE or to provide updates to running threads. The one thing we never do is start new threads that advertise us in any way. We agree that would be rude, most likely a breach of the MSE rules, and not appropriate at all.

I am just asking as I have noticed that a couple of her previous posts have mentioned your 1p shipping offer, seems like too much of a coincidence for my liking.

The answer to both of your questions is no. I've already stated when/where/how we post on MSE higher up in this thread. Believe it or not, some people are honest and play by the rules, I'm one of them.

As for Blondie's motivations for posting about our 1p shipping day, your guess is as good as mine. They claim to be on the Eros Shop mail list and my guess is that when they got the email from us, notifying of the 1p event, they chose to post details on here as they've seen postings about it before.
