    I have requested numerous times to get off there mailing list. And I am getting serious hacked off. And they don't remove me :mad:

    Might have a look and e-mail the postmaster to get removed. Otherswise I might have to get it reported as spam to my ISP.

    Hi Calley,

    The removal process is automated, but sometimes it does go wrong.

    We appreciate that you're frustrated, but flaming here rather than contacting us directly and saying what the problem is isn't really the right way to proceed. It makes us look bad for no good reason and at the same time you don't manage to get removed from the list. :(

    If you could email us with the email address concerned we'll get you manually removed from the list straight away. The last thing we want are people on the list who don't want to be on it.

    And if you paid as much notice to your own system for removing unwanted e-mails as reading posts on here , you would not have needed to jump off your high horse!
    I think people have every right to complain here or anywhere else.

    Sadly no system is ever going to be perfect, but we will investigate using a web page based unsubscribe system instead of an email based one. Hopefully that will be more user friendly :)
