Still waiting for CPW Trade In Cashback
As part of a cashback deal I found on this forum, I sent off an old mobile phone as a trade in, £20 cash within 28 days of receipt.
On 17th May I received an email saying that CPW had received my trade-in and would send out a cheque within 28 working days. So I should have received my cashback by the end of June.
First I emailed but the only response to my email of 28th June has been a standard reply that they normally get back to you within 24 hours. When it still had not arrived last week (5th July) I phoned to say that I had not received it and was assured £20 would be with me within a week, and I am still waiting.
I thought it was worth warning people.
