Mint REMOVAL of Cashback

We have a mint gold card & after reading this thread last month I was waiting for our statement to say that the cashback was being discontinued, however, there is no mention anywhere, on any of our statements about the cashback being stopped.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I would just like to know coz we'll swap back to the Nationwide card till we can open a better cashback card if they are stopping the money!Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
This is the message on my most recent statement (Mint Gold)

Perhaps it will show on your next statement?0 -
Hmmm... I've had my August statement, will just have to wait & see what September's brings then *puzzled*. Oh well, at least it won't come as a total shock to me if they do withdraw it.
Cheers for taking the time to reply.Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
Did you get your cashback credited in the August statement or does it still give a current cashback outstanding value?andi2 wrote:Hmmm... Which way will you choose? "... as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD."0 -

^ When do you get your statements? Mine come through just after the 20th. I got the same message as 'Charlie12' and it's also been removed when checking your statement online.
Time to read up on balance transfers ^^;0 -
My statements are made up on 8th of the month & come through around the 10th or 11th (give or take a day or so). No mention on July or August statement or on-line either.
Will just have to wait & see what happens!
Just wondered if anyone else with Mint had got the same!Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0 -
Yes, me too. No mention of withdrawal of Cashback on either my July or August statements (produced on the 9th on each month), so in reality Mint have not yet formally given me thirty days notice (as per their t&c's) of the withdrawal of the scheme.
I've now written a letter to their Customer Services folk, as two conversations with the call centre have proved next to useless (best advice was to wait for the September statement).
Will report back here when I get a answer.

Just stumbled across this thread and realised that there's something odd going on cos I'm still getting my Mint cashback - although only at 0.5%.0
