does anyone know how to go about transferring money in the M&S cash ISA.
I have a ICESAVE certificate and don't know how to process works. I have also emailed M&S 2 days ago but no reply as of yet.0 -
I have tried to transfer my Cash ISA from Nationwide to NATWEST
When completing the actual NATWEST ISA application form ( not transfer authority form) what did you put for amount of deposit ?????? ( being as transferred in amount inc closing interest is not always known), also app form asks to tick tax year 2008/09 or 2009/2010, lots of our transfers in relate to earlier tax years.
As for account number digits etc, I got round that by getting the transfer in forms from a branch and just writing in the full existing account numbers.0 -
I have put "total funds" from isa transfer.0

Hi,
I'm not sure if this has question has been posted elsewhere as I'm new to posting and not quite sure how to do all the searching etc.!
Any way, the question i have is if anybody has tried to transfer their current Cash ISA in Natwest to Natwest's e-ISA? I thought that this was possible as when i called them a customer rep told me i could do this even though i was an existing Cash ISA customer but then i rang back again as i was finding the application process confusing and was told i can't do this! I'm not sure who is giving me the correct information! If anybody could clarify this that would be brilliant.
Many thanks.0 -
18 & 36 month timescales simply because that is what Moneyfacts chose to report - I'm not sure why.

For ICESAVE certificates (Don't know about M&S) the process is. You put (at least) all the money you want to transfer into any account from where it can be withdrawn. You fill in the application form from the new provider and send it and a copy of the ICESAVE certificate to that provider. This will include a permission for them to move your money. The provider will then do the rest. It can take what for me is a long time.0 -

My branch told me yesterday that the rules have changed and that you now can transfer from branch to online account but that you didn't used to be able to so maybe this information has not filtered through to all staff. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
I have a problem with my printer and I emailed Standard Life and Marks and Spencers for the forms. Does anyone know how long before I get them?0
