Clutton .. your statement implied/ I inferred, because you specifically mention good quality acco, that you might provide bad quality acc in some other location, ? It was a sort of joke, which you failed to distinguish, not seeing the smileyface. I couldn't possibly comment on the quality of landlords or their accommodation except in the very few, dated, times I have used it, The fact that your tenants stay with you is simply because you have boarded up all the doors and refuse to let them leave :eek: (you see?
