I have got a VIP for tomorrow morning.There's no point though as I found some items I wanted this morning on the sale site.When I just looked it's all gone already...The first time I get a VIP and I won't be getting a thing.boooohh

Anyone got VIP access and can't log in? I have been on to Customer services and am waiting for them to phone me back. Hard not to think of all the things disappearing.

Dont know if this will work, but this was my link to the vip and it worked for me.

Took me about 6 tries until success, I would imagine site is very busy, they gave out shed loads of the passes

I think I will have to head into the local store as items on that list are rapidly dissapearing! Plus I was not one of the lucky ones to get a vip slot! Bit dissapointed actually as it'll be hard work getting into the store early(or should I say impossible) with 2 kids under 2! :rolleyes:

well i had an vip slot 7-8. what a nitemare. I had printed off the online sales listing, marked all my stuff and then proceeding to type it all in. the site came back with 'invalid item numbers' for most of the items. Managed to get through to the help desk, and they let me ring it all through, looks like alot of the items, which stated with a '2' should have started with a '9'. Once we had established that we managed to get the order done. oh another word of warning for anyone managing to get online for the order, on the first page it ws shopping a sale price, but when you checked your basket it displayed the full price, again I managed to resolve this when I phoned the order through.

Oh and I probably shouldnt say this, but...... anyone who didnt get an invite, if I was you I would ring up Customer Services and try and blag it, and see if they will take your order ovr the phone, just tell them you are having problems ordering online. The advisor didnt check anything out, just asked me a couple of times "did you get a VIP invite" - obviously I did, but they didnt seem to have the means to check it ! If nothing else its worth a phone call, me thinks!

I was e-mailed a vip invite to preview the sale (think it was because I had called them and asked them not to send me the new directory). After registering they e-mailed me a password and a time slot to order (today between 7-8pm). Browsing site took slightly longer and it bumped the prices back up at the checkout. Called next and she put the order through for me on the phone !!Only thing is VIP invite specifically states it is for certain customers only. I've never been offered it before and I've been a directory customer for about 8 years. Must be the thought of losing all that custom !!!!

I have a VIP invite for tomorrow but my friend hasn't.She just called next to place an order for some clothes she wants for this weekend.She was willing to pay full price for the 6 items she ordered.(YES MAD i KNOW).They were all half price...???? How can my friend place a phone order tonight for half price items..Why the VIP phone call for me when my friend has placed an order now?????????

I don't think I'll even bother trying to blag it ringing up, sounds too much hassle plus most of the stuff I was after(kids mainly) has gone or is not left in my girls sizes! I will keep and eye on the list before sat though to see if more is added, am def going to go into my local store though as the sale is usually great there!

I managed to order some thing online and over the telephone even i the size you want isnt showing once you add it to your basket its in stock at sale price. I order 35 items and only two werent in stock and some off them werent even showing on the list any more !
