I have found lots of things that i want and it says they are available in lots of sizes however when you try to buy it is another story and sold out appears constantly ... false advertising???

I'm have similar problems - it says that items are in a particular size, but when I add them to my bag, it either doesn't give me the size option I want (despite having it on the previous screen), or it tells me I have an invalid item number. How this can be when I've simply ticked the box next to their item description, I don't know! I think their system must be up the creek.

No - there is nothing showing on homeware and I have ticked loads of items in womenswear which are showing available in size 12 but when you go to add them to your basket most of them available only in size 6 or 22 - havent found 1 size 12 which is available yet and now I am bored with it!!!

Rang up and tried to order a few items but they were not in stock? what a pain, why are they adding so much to their list when none of it is available! :mad: Maybe it'll get sorted later, I'll keep checking :cool:

Just checked and they have taken all the items off the list again? Someone was playing games with us! :rolleyes: They are still more items than previous but not much!

The system has gone kaput again, only about 5 items showing at the moment in womenswear. Think their IT department might be getting a bit of a talking to later today!

I managed to grab loads early on today as some items were from their xmas book and hadn't gone in the sale back then. Was annoyed about some transport socks for my two year old, kept saying invalid number! As for showing all sizes and then not when you add them, it's because they have sold out. The pages are updated regularly so not always up to date but stock levels are when you check sizes - hope that makes sense

The website not working again. They must update it first thing in the morning as it is impossible to order.
