Phones4u rejected my Rpoints? help!!!
I purchased the K750i back in June from P4U using the Rpoints link. I saw 1000 points pending on my statement (which is what I expected). But today I noticed that my points was rejected. I am puzzled.
I am already into my 3rd month of the phone contract and I completed the purchease fully online. Why has it now been rejected? I called P4U customer service and they havent even heard of RPoints!!! So How can I take this matter forward? who should I contact? Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
