we cannot open the "find carpenters" as it says that pop up box is blocked. can anyone help?

Have you looked in the Tools menu on your browser to see if the Pop-up blocker is enabled?

is there a little bar on the top that says pop up blocked? if so you should be able to click on it and "allow pop ups for this site" if so click on that and retry the link...hopefully should work.0
