Big box full of great freebies from Matter(merged)

Our boxes arrived. One for me and one for my son. I did not expect one as I thought it was for young men only also I got an Email only yesterday saying one was coming for me next week.

I was a bit surprised that it was small enough to fit through the letter box after we were warned about arrival date and had to give alternate delivery instructions.

But all in all I am quite pleased with the shower gel (great for holidays) and the chocolate (which I am about to eat).

I reckon we should stick with it and hope that they are able to attract more companies to promote their products this way. I'm just glad to get a parcel to open and as I took mine back to bed to open I felt like a kid upening her stocking from Santa on Christmas morning. Lol

God this thread is hilarious! I knew that some of you were setting yourself up for a MAJOR disappointment as soon as I came across this promotion a few weeks ago, a lot of people were setting unrealistic ideas of what they were going to get.

I'll admit that I think it's a box of tat, but it's free tat and they never made any lofty claims as to what you could expect to receive. Remember, this is just a humble beginning, and if more companies climb inside the Matter Box the freebies will improve, but it relies on the project being a success and not generating bad publicity...which is all you moaning so and so's are achieving.

They had problems, they've admitted that, but they are ironing out the wrinkles and hopefully will get things running smoothly for the next box (which will be my first).

This place is full of some of the most ungrateful, moaning goits that I have ever come across.

I dont know who you're calling a moaning goit.. but I like meaningless branded tat.. I tend to collect it lol... especially when I do business events where Im supposed to be getting contacts and stuff but mostly I go around collecting the branded tat they hand out to everyone, Ive got a load of branded highlighters, ring binders, pens, usb drives etc...

And the best part is you sign up once and its the gift that keeps giving, itll keep coming.. if it was a dig at me, I believe Ive explained what I ws trying to say... if its at anyone else why make a big deal out of it, just arguing with each other doesnt solve anything, yes the preview box they mentioned had better stuff, but in the future we will get even better stuff once more companies jump on board.. its like freebies you dont need to keep applying for.

I'm calling the people who have moaned on and on and on in this thread about the boxes contents, one or two people especially, but I'm not going to name names. Most of the moaning was from a page or two back. Being disappointed is one thing, but making personal attacks against the head honcho of Matter Box, and accusing the company of conning people (how?) is completely out of order.
