lol yes.. I say things which end up getting taken the wrong way I dont think and reread my sentances to see whether they have alternate meanings.. heck sometimes I even miss out whole sentances I think in my head when typing and then everyones completely lost...

I just hope everyone doesnt feel the need to keep having a go at me so I have to keep clarifying what I thought I was saying in my head and this doesnt turn into a 20 page fiasco of people just having a go at me...

Fair enough , maybe if you didn't feel the need to justify everything we might get away with a 10 page fiasco

Seriousely a delay to everyone is a delay.. mine could still arrive the postie wouldnt come til 2pm anyway.. but if it does arrive and Ive been told its delayed thats even worse... either there is a delay or there isnt.. it should all be uniform either the whole thing was delayed or its going ahead.. and if its just they had a shortage and some boxes were delayed and not others then say that be straight and say it like it is thats more respectable."

How many other freebies give you a delivery date, isn't the end of the world if it comes late is it.

Having worked in businesses in the past sending large volume mail it's so easy to miss tight deadlines when late changes come in it's just one of those things. I very much doubt there's any shortage just they wanted to add some extra freebie probably submitted late by some other company.

I agree it's time for people to stop having a go at you though as you've apologised so there's nothing left to say on the late delivery problems

To be fair, people are probaly moaning due to the fact that Matter has built up and up and up the hype for this freebie for nearly a whole YEAR with the continued dealys and the promise of "exciting" "interesting" "engaging" "refreshing" items in the box, when in reality, all people appeared to have received is, er..........not very good. This does'nt suprise me, but a lot of people were swept up in the hype and deluded into thinking the box would be so much better.

Of course, "its a freebie" and "if it comes it comes" blah blah blah, but realy we have all been duped by the genius marketing of the company. As it says on their website, we should "SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT MATTER"................and we all have............for nearly a year...............over literally thousands of posts across different websites.

As I said, genius marketing by Matter.

I think Tim has great to be reguarler response to this thread despite some posters being a bit personal. It shows great commitment to this idea and understanding the protential problems that may arise. I'm sure it will be great whatever day it arrives

oh Im sorry Ill just not say everything and let every user post deliberate messages of abuse at me for accidentally not pressing enter after stupid to start a new sentance maybe I shouldve added a few words in there too to make it perfectly clear exactly what I thought I was saying....

At least I dont feel the need to jump on the abuse anyone for the slightest mistake bandwagon that goes on here... duplication poorlyworded, etc etc.. no wonder most mse'rs leave.

You agree that people shouldnt keep going on about my post yet you need to disect every post again... and having a go at me responding to clarify what I thought I meant is that not having a go? And as you say other freebies havent arrived or come late have you EVER seen me have a go at them for that no... if theyre late theyre late or if they dont come they dont come... it was just the fact that messages say that they wont come and people get them.... which tim has very kindly explained now... a few slipped the system and got through... okay we've all got the idea so stop disecting every post of mine and having a go. Ive apologised and tried to explain what I thought I was saying cant we all move on now.

I got mine this morning, which was a pleasent suprise after spending 3 hours in the shops! From now on its internet shopping, I just cant be doing with all the people and ques!

I have to say , I quite like the fire DVD, my OHs grandparents have just got a new huge tv, and they like to keep it on, so I think they will quite like it. Most of it isnt really for me, but I know poeple that i can something to and if it makes them smile for a few moments then that is a great freebie to me.

So thank you matter, I look forward to the next ones:)
