I don't think there will be any booze, a bit difficult for them to verify we are all over 18. More likely a promotional item (key Ring/Pen etc) from a whiskey brand.
Still whatever turns up has cost us nothing and given us all a little something to look forward to.
Anything in the box that we don't want we can pass on to someone who will appreciate it.

What a load of crud, I'm not so bothered about having missed the first box now...most of that would have gone straight in the bin anyway.

Still, a freebie is a freebie and the chocolate is nice, a great new flavour.

Can someone help/advise me on this?

I joine dmatter box back in july. I had not hear anything from them before someone on the site advised conacting matterbox. The guy replied to me, told me I was on the list. Said it was odd that I had not had any prior emails.

I then assumed everything was all fine.

But its not- Now I am seeing pages and pages of ppl who are all exited about their matter box arriving- I have had no email, no nothing!!

Anyone any ideas what I should do?

If you got an email back to say you are on the list you should be ok. Lot's of people didn't get the emails.

The instructions for anyone who didn't get an email where.....
After the earlier email problems, if anyone who is registered, but didn’t get an email, please send an email to me (contact[at]matterbox.co.uk with “NO EMAIL” in the title.

The last email I had was on 13th November..as follows....
Your edition of Matter is coming on Saturday Nov 29th

To make sure someone else doesn’t get your box, please verify your details–before 7:00am Monday 17th November.

To check your details, please go to: www.matterbox.co.uk and log-in (in the top right hand corner of the home-page) with your email and password. This will take you to the Edit Your Details section.

You'll also see we've added some new questions, which we'd like you to answer and which will help us create better Matter boxes in the future.

We'll email you again the day before the box arrives, so you'll know it's coming.

Let me know if you have any questions.

As Sarah said you can always give them a call If you think theres a problem.
