I've not had any emails but my registration (which I activated back in February I think) seems to have worked - I can log in to the site and update my details, so fingers crossed I'll be receiving my first matterbox on the 29th! Looking forward to it...

Is there a way to find out when you signed up? Am fairly sure i registed before september but would like to know?

If you have registered before september then you should have received an email saying your box will be with you on the 29th November. Failing that could be worth emailing them or giving them a call and asking.

I had an e-mail in october saying they were delayed but nothing since so not sure if I will be getting one after all or not

I had an email this evening stating when my matter box would be arriving and asking me to log in to my account and fill in a few questions to verify my interest etc..................oooohhhhh getting excited now.:j :j

me too, am all excited now! Although I'm away that weekend so will have to wait til the Monday to pick it up
