Thanks for the email and sorry for the delay in replying, I was away on holiday.


The first matter box which we ran in February was supposed to be low-key a pilot. However, the response was so good it took us by surprise (we have 30,000 subscribers now) to where we needed to re-think how it might work (including Royal Mail's full involvement). Hence it's taken a while to get ready for the next box, which will be ready towards the end of October and will go to all our subscribers, so you'll get it.

Signe up in agust- early august, its gone september, no matter box and I am getting more and more phishing emails from random African, Iranian and Russain Kings neeing or should I say demanding (are relly harsh emails!) t deposit millions into my acount etc etc...and emails from [EMAIL="admin@viagra.com"]admin@viagra.com[/EMAIL], complained to hotmail, being a women with a very feminine email address, and reporting every email I get as spam... its driving me insane! !!!!!! would I do with viagra?!

Anyone had anything similar?

I havent got any more spam and the Matter box is now due this month.
My OH is also signed up to Matter and he is also not getting any more spam.

I signed up for the matter box in March and have not had any of these phishing emails.

IV HAD NONE OF THOSE EMAILS TO THE ACCOUNT THAT I SET UP SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS OFFER. So i dont think its fair to assume straight away (when no doubt you have signed up to other offers on here) tht it is Matter fault?

I have however got a looooooooooad of spam in my personal mail box , which i never use for offers/promotions etc. People have software that just generates email addresses to send to , and most of the "scam" one will have jsac**1,jsac**2,jsac**3@whatever.com

It just keeps adding and changing certain parts , in the hope it gets real email addresses and a sucker on the recieveing end

I signed up but always thought this was a scam from the start.

The fact that the website was totally gobbledegook didnt help at all. We will never get anything.
