Has anyone looked at their website before posting here?
Their online faq looks like it's still refering to that nov 08 box (which you had to have signed up before sept 08 to recevie) as being the next one due to be posted..but they blog on their site on 11.09.09 that "Obviously, it’s been a bit quiet around here and maybe you’re wondering whether we’ll ever do another box. Well, we will and we are. We’re putting one together now for delivery in a few month’s time. It’s taken a while, we know, but we’ve been beavering away at getting in front of brands and advertisers to show them why giving people something is better than telling them something."

Every blog since is advertising a freinds business thou....not very professional....they're communication is pretty rubbish,....but then they are affiliated with the royal mail so what do we expect :rotfl:

Have mailed them now asking if /when we should expect any more boxes...as it's 'a few months' since their sept post...it's [EMAIL="contact@matterbox.co.uk"]contact[at]matterbox.co.uk[/EMAIL] if anyone else wants to try

to have got the nov 08 box you must have registered before sept 08 - it says this in their faq, and there's not been any boxes sent out since then so you won't have got any

I'd say they were too. a year and a half after signing up and still nothing not even email acknowledgements of my queries... VERY shoddy setup and VERY poor customer service. NOT what it says on the tin

I signed up before September 08, never got a box. Neither did my son and he signed up same time as me

I've signed up twice before and still got nothing

OH and I signed up and got our boxes last year as promised, no sign of this years one though and it was due in April :rolleyes:
