Should I accept £25 compensation?

    notis 7, without doing the calculations, I think the compensation works out at about 6% of original investment. I can also reclaim the interest the incorrectly deducted (OK I know this money was mine anyway) which is another £90.
    I am more concerned now about making them get their house in order. Unbelievable!

    Why should you lose out though - because of their mistakes? Do you think the bank would have been that generous with you? Claim everything you are owed!!!! EVERYTHING!
