Hi,

My wife has been given the PAC number for her company phone as she has been made redundant and would like to keep the number.. For now she would like to have a (vodafone) Pay as you go SIM - Whats the best thing to do? Go to a vodafone highstreet store with the PAC and buy a Pay as you go Sim card?

  • Hi Scope,

If you take your PAC into a Vodafone store they will start the porting process for you. It usually take between 7-10 working days for your number to be transferred, during this time you will still have full use of the number which will remain on the original network until the port has complete.

You have 30days to use your PAC code from the date of issue before it expires.
