O2 Itemised billing

Hi

I have been charged for itemised billing from O2 but have never received an itemised bill. Can anyone tell me if this a breach of contract and would I be able to cancel.

Many thanks

  • No you won't be able to cancel based on this but you should demand a refund on what you've paid, plus a little extra for the inconvenience of sorting it out. Then either cancel the itemised billing if you don't want it, or get them to check all your details and look into why you haven't been getting it to ensure you get it in future. You can't cancel based on a relatively small (though annoying and leaving you a little amount out of pocket) mistake that is easily rectified. Sorry!
If this has been of any use please click on THANKS, it makes me look good.
