Is Dial A Phone a bad thing? When I clicked to add the site as a favourite, it came up as Dial A Phone. I imagine that means I have to continue looking for a good deal then?
I have been really happy iwth Orange, but reception is so bad here I need to change, I want a phone that is a Nokia with bluetooth and a good deal with quite about 200 mins cross network calls. Any suggestions?

I checked with O2 about receiving airtime credit rather than cashback, and asked whether this can be refunded. Their customer service is dreadful, so when I finally got an answer to my query after many times of trying, I got the guy to confirm in writing. He was really helpful, but I've removed his name from the following. If anyone wants me to forward the full mail to them, PM me-

    "From: Dave (UK) [mailto:Dave@O2.COM]

    To: Craig.cullen@******.***.**
    Subject: Mobile Acc: 01234567890

Further to our telephone conversation regarding above mobile acc number, I can confirm that any credit which is showing on your o2 account is fully refundable and that this can be refunded either as a cheque or into a bank acc. I will advise that any refund would take 14 days from the request.

The number for cust services that you would need to phone is 0870 444 3333

    Thanks!!!!
