three repair
I sent my phone back to three on the 17th January for repair, it is usually a 3 day turnaround. I have not received it back, I have spoken to managers and supervisors who have told me they will contact the repair department and call me back, no one has. I spoke to them again today and asked them to cancel the contract (i am under contract until Nov 2008) they said I would still be responsible for the line rental. Can anyone advise me:mad:
