hope you pair are now not feeling ignored! although i have a feeling its NOT been extended instore, triple points that is, sob sob. Items wont come to over £40 so thats another £3.50 to pay, sigh.

Can't help you with Boots.com I'm afraid. I've heard that they are taking a week to answer any emails. They took about 10 minutes on the phone before I spoke to a living breathing person, at least there's music while you wait. ::) The only good thing I can say about that.

I know this may seem completely unreal but I am a Boots virgin :-[. I have never really got into it but now would like to!

I have my card and was going to come on here and read the whole thread. The first one has gone so I was wondering if one of you experts could please please please give me a few tips on what its all about, how it works etc.

Boots state that they MAY, and reserve the right to remove points, but others have stated that they have returned goods and the points haven't been taken off them. I returned something last week, but I do still have enough left for them to take them off Maybe if we keep quiet, they won't notice?

After all, sometimes, in fact mostly, I don't get asked for my card if I return instore, so I wouldn't worry. I'm sure they'll soon spot anyone who is taking advantage (sorry ;D ) of the situation - they'll stand to lose their card then.

I have not spent my points yet, but did wonder whether to spend them quickly so they couldn't take them back. Decided I'm too honest to do that though.

I'll email you as soon as I know what has happened to my points - I'm only talking about 719 - or maybe I wouldn't be as honest as I thought I was
