Ooooh how clever!!! ;D I'm learning all the time! ;D
  • Just a quick reminder everyone - if you've got tons of boots soft toy vouchers and nothing to do with them then please check out this thread:

Boots soft toy collection for G.O.S.H

    Thanks!
  • You haven't missed anything to whoever was asking about my shedload of food and drink - no extra points or vouchers or anything at all. I simply stocked up because the branch that I can easily access, the Inverness Eastgate Centre branch, NO LONGER SELLS Meal Deals, juice, water or crisps and is ONLY SELLING sweets.mints and snack bars till the stockroom is cleared. Therefore i dont get to buy these things and get my beloved Boots Advantage Card poitns on them very often, so when an opportunity of a relative taking me up to the Reail Park branch i.e an outlet that still sells lunches, juice, water, crisps etc. i took it.

I dont drive so for me to go there myself i either have to incur £7+ in taxis there and back, or risk falling on my bum when i get off the bus because then im not very sure where im going. Hence i now tend to just buy my toiletries @ Eastgate and my foodstuffs at either M+S or Safeway/Morrisons but neither offers a points scheme as mentioned in my earlier thread hence i miss out.

The machine @ the Retail Park with the best lighting for me was out of order and id already paid by the time id found another one which was still a bit din. Lots of people on the floor to ask questions though unlike Eastgate, now if i need to ask questions like have i picked the right item coz i cant read the wiriting well i just end up in the till then have to put things back if i am wrong, boo hiss

So that is why i went a bit doolally when i got to the one with the food - so i could get piles of points on it - not because it was on a special offer or anything.
my advantage_card is like gold dush
  • Hope nobody has missed out on the vouchers in the Daily Mirror today - if so, worth grabbing a copy fast as has some boots vouchers as follows valid in Dec when my card comes back from holiday:-

    1) 10% of No7 cosmetics and skincare (3for2 at the mo)
(best with boots mag half price foundation and 150 pts voucher from machine if jammy/voucher 2 below me thinks)
    2) half price summer sun stuff
    3) £10 on hackett 500 pts

    other vouchers too for tesco/asda/general
use all with 10% voucher valid at present (part of leaflet with 3x10% off) if seriously jammy

If the till automatically add the points even for sachets then if you buy something else from that range you can hand the voucher over for that

and the till will automatically add the points for that and for the sachets  ::)

so you dont even have to rely on the till person :D

Every day above ground is a good one ;)
  • I got it to 1825 (12 x 125) + (1 x 125) + 200 bonus for over £10 spend.

    Unless theres £10 x 4 = 40 too which adds up to 1865.

Wonder what look I'll get when I try with loads of face masks as a bloke. :-[
Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.
