Mortgages on reema houses?!?

Does anybody know how easy it is to get a mortgage on a reema (concrete) constructed house? Not having much luck on the usual search engines!

    This one has an "online chat" operator you can type-talk to immediately (when they are online).

    Usually you will be expected to put down a much larger deposit than for a standard construction, so if you're thinking of buying one because it's cheaper ... it's cheaper for a reason!

    Also, when you come to sell your potential buyers would also have the same problems.

    Unless you know exactly what you're taking on and have good reasons to buy that specific property, then it's best to stay well clear. To rectify it would most likely cost you over £20k.

    Is this the same a s a Doran house. If it is I almost bought one is Scotland and can offer some advice.
  • What kind of Reema? "Hollow Panel" are defective "Conclad" aren't (although being non-trad will only attract mortgages from major high street lenders).
