Good news is a letter from the border agency today which didn't say, but made me think, that they are considering his status here. they asked to use the letter i wrote them as evidence 'should they decide to curtail his visa' and then 'should appeal against such a decision'.
have had a lovely day today - way too long in bed, then cleaned my very filthy car (had forgotten it was black underneath!) and now enjoying the rugby.

  • I'm sure it wasn't too long in bed... it was resting and building strength. You're better than me... my car is filthy, I think it's silver underneath but I'll wait for the next downpour to find out!

Take care and add me to your ever growing support on here. Positive thoughts from me too.

    hello dear Poppy.

Sorry I havent written in sooner, I was in Florida with my mum.

Well done you for taking the witness stand.

I think you should paraphrase back to this idiot what he said:

Poppy: "so basically, me, a woman of limited means with a mortgage, lured a non-english speaking man to the UK with the promise of what? And what exactly was I going to get out my master plan? A non-English speaking, unemployed woman abuser with no money? All so I could have someone to "control"? The real reason he came here was to get a visa!"

Give me a break! our legal system is a joke. You are a brave and wonderful caring and giving lady. Hold your head up and know you have done NOTHING to deserve such horrible treatment.

We are all sending you love and hugs, xxxx

    Poppy reporting in!
Have just had the best night's sleep for ages and the best cup of tea ever! today is looking promising.

I have also just transferred another £200 to my mortgage account, total OP this month todate £500. feeling optomistic that at least another £200-300 will be available at the end of the month to go in too.

The sun is shining and everything looks more rosy today.

    have a good one,
