Won't connect to wireless network - ACER laptop

Ok - just to clarify - this is from the laptop I am useing now and not the one I am trying to connect on the wireless connection:

Also - I typed www.moneysavingexpert.com in and it came up with:
'www.moneysavingexpert.com' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Did I do the correct thing? Is that doing a "ping"???
