    Thanks to Ice for typing out all those useful tips but in the spirit of the thread, can we keep to weird and funny tips please? If we all put normal but useful tips in this thread it would'nt be as entertaining to read. Not meaning to be critical but my intention was for this to be a light hearted thread. Hope thats OK...

    avoid getting specks of paint on spectacles when decorating by covering them with clingfilm before starting...:rotfl:

    I've found another couple of odd ones to keep the ball rolling...

    You'll be safer when biking if you wear pink. The expert say neon pink is the colour motorists can see most easily....

    and

    If you tend to get carsick or seasick when you travel, tape an aspirin in your navel. Does it relieve the nausea? Some say it does. At least it won't make you drowsy....
