this did happen with a property I was involved in the sale of this year. Went from STC to under offer, just before exchange. It was a right move glitch that time (I was on the selling side), and I only spotted the change by accident on right move, at no point was the buyer aware of it.It's a health benefit ...0 -

So they could be marketing the property for another 4 weeks
Demand that the update their window and rightmove within 24 hours, or you withdraw your offer. Do not accept anything else.0 -

Completely standard practice from an EA to look busy. They may just say to prospective viewers that its SSTC and the vendor is not accepting viewings.
The only concern I would have is if your are paying signficantly under the asking price, as anyone who sees the property in the EA window can still in theory make an offer which the EA is obliged to pass onto the vendor who may gazump you for the better offer.
Someone is unlikely however to offer more on it without viewing it, so you do need to find out if the EA is still booking viewings by getting someone else to enquire.0
