Hi
I bought a mobile from Dialaphone on the 02 200 deal, which included double minutes for the first 3 months.I got my first bill and found only the first 200 mins were free and I had been charged £20.00 extra for the additional calls made.I contacted 02 and they asked me to fax the letter to them as this was a "mistake"and they would add the additional minutes to my account, that was today I will keep you informed.Just a warning to others

Sounds like a billing error, O2 should be able to sort that out0

When you buy a O2 phone from dialaphone, I don't think you will get double minutes by default. But once you get a letter from O2, saying that you are qualified for double minutes, you should call up customer service and ask for double minutes.
I got one friend who has received double minutes by asking O2 to give him. Other friend didn't call O2, so has still got only the standard 200 mins.0 -

Phoned 02 this am to check if they had received my fax. They had and had added double minutes on from July 05.When I queried the bill I was told that the letter from 02 was an error and should not have been sent, they are issuing another letter explaining this.
I said 02 should be liable for call charges on my bill,I asked to speak to a manager, however I was told that the matter would be dealt with by a supervisor who could refund the call charges but could also take the double minutes allowance away!!so I opted to pay the call charges £20.00 and keep double minutes and texts until October 050 -
