How to reheat frozen pilau rice??

Hi all!! Could anyone tell me how to reheat take-away pilau rice which I had frozen as we didnt use it all the last time we had a curry take-away? I have defrosted it by taking it out of the freezer this morning but wondered the best way to reheat it.
