Ooh that's spooky! I absolutely LOVE it - aah, perhaps it IS your nan's one? I love the fact that it has some sort of "history" anyway, even if I don't know what it is! I like having furniture that has seen things happen - wish it could talk :rotfl:

Somebody mentioned they'd like so see all the before and after pictures together so I thought I'd compile them into one post.

That's really nice of you I'm sure lots of people will enjoy.

The great thing about the before and after pictures is that they are a great way to convince our doubting families and friends that these ideas do work and will look great.
