FONESTATION - any good??

I've been promoting this company as an affiliate/broker for a couple of months and I've sent them a lot of new customers. I've had no complaints yet but the company has not responded to my emails about the deals available on their web site. Their web site is poor in comparison to other mobile phone dealers, information confusing and terms & conditions incomplete.
I'm beginning to lose confidence and suspect that customers might have difficulty in claiming their cash back (over £400 on some deals).
Should I pull the plug on them?0 -
I bought two LG 8138's from fonstation and have received my cash back fine, they were very helpful.0

You can trust fonestation, its owned by a friend of mine, i can assure you they will still be around in 12 months time, in order to honour their cashback.
website is a bit cnfusing but hes developing it himself.
email them, they are checking them daily.
They have got some very good business deals going. Have a look or again email them direct.
Business deals cannot be purchased online due to development work. Give them a few months and this place is a good one to pop into to browse for a smashing deal.It doesnt cost anything to smile, yet when it occurs its priceless.0 -
I fail to see any good deals on this site! Perhaps it's too early in the morning but nothing strikes me as worth following up here (and I'm looking for a deal).0

WARNING TO ALL - Do not use FoneStation, the company could be perceived as not being, how shall i say this, not 100% legit.
They have just had their dealer status with the network 3 terminated for obvious reasons that I won't bore you with.
For more info see their name on this list, here:

the phrase " do not touch with a bargepole" comes to mind.0 -

I dont know if they are good or bad but if you do read the full article then I think you are being a bit heavy handed with " do not touch with a bargepole". The article only suggests the quality of the contracts sold dont meet 3's expectations

Been trying to ring them for a week about my thrid cashback cheque and just get an orange answer machine message.0

They are very confusing with cashback. I sent my 2nd cash renewal a month late thanks to their advice over the phone, which they later denied and refused to give my cashback.
Also the deal was that i would recieve a free nokia 1100 PAYG phone when i apply for the 2nd cashback, but they refused to give me the phone saying it was part of the cashback, whilst when i took the contract they said it was a free gift (and not part of the cashback), but will be sent with the 2nd cashback redemption.
I would definitely stay away from them and kept a lot of my friends away from them.0
