one tel warning
Hi,
We've been trying to cancel a one-tel mobile and home phone package for 4 months now.
Phoned them: sorry you cannot cancel by phone or by debit card (OK when signing up, funny that), so sent a letter, and another months paymant went by then a demand for another payment before they could cancel, then lost cheques and a warning that they cannot view letters due to time restraints, another two months later, now the legal proceedings letters AAARgh.
The most telling part of all:
