Treat them gently when you complain...I know some of them can be arrogant sometimes but it's always nice to differentiate between the soulless profit-driven parasites at the top, and the guys dealing with the public
Failing that why not write and complain

I just heard this on the news, that they have just announced they are cancelling accounts for the people who clear their balance every month as well as the more risky customers!
Getting rid of all the people who don't make them any money.0 -

Although I don't use Egg anymore, I would be the exact customer they seem to want to get rid of (spend about £200 - £300 a month on it, then pay it off in full at the end of each pay day). I do this so that as much of the previous months salary sits in my current account for as long as possible. I enjoy the fact that I've turned the situation around so that my money earns ME interest rather than 'them'. Seems the CC companies don't want to play anymore.0 -

Because complaining to Egg is a complete waste of time in my experience.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

Typical that I BT to the a week ago having not used the card for ages. can always xfer back again but will keep it at 0% as long as I ca! Assume I'm not in the "target audience" as no letter (yet!) Its just unsettling isnt it! At the end of the day I'd be stuffed if they all asked for it all back now as would most of us so lone ranger I need my CC! Not so much for spending but to get all paid off!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0
