CPW - refund
I ordered a 7200 from CarphoneWarehouse website. (The £2.99 pm with chequeback deal on 3).
I have changed my mind and called CPW for a refund. They said take it back to any branch within 28 days and they "refund".
I was buey so I could not take it back sooner, It has been 26 days since I bought it. The branch called the websales team and they said that I only had 14 days and it cannot be refunded now. I have not been connected or used the phone.
But when I called just after I received it I was told I had 28 days for a refund, but i did not take the guys name unfortunately.
Where do I stand and what can I do please?

Check your T&C in the contract returns policy.
I must admit it is usually only 14 days you have before you can return it.0
