Glad it's all sorted. As much as people bash MS, I've never had a problem with their phone customer service etc.

i have never rang them before so i wasnt sure what to exspect but yes i agree they were easy and quick.

I think you can buy a new key direct from Microsoft now, or your local PC World will have them in stock, you even get a CD copy of Vista with the key
