URGENT advice needed on awkward seller

like i said before, we do love this house, but we probably would have pulled out because of all the problems we have had with the agents and with the buyers if it wasn't for the fact that we stand to lose nearly 2k after all the costs for the surveys and search fees etc. also because they have been stalling us for so long our mortgage agreement will run out in a couple of months leaving us little time to find somewhere else so we are likely to lose the £500 fee for that! 2k is a lot for us to just give up because these people are "of poor character," think thats the nice way of sayin it! if they come back and say tough luck we wil pull out and start again though, maybe wait 6 months to see what happens with all this house price crash things! and i will take great joy in allowing my boyfriend to speak to that wrotten estate agent and give him a piece of his mind! great delight! for now, i'm just going to stop fixating on this and just see what happens! what will be will be!0
