how easy is it to replace a k700i screen?
I have a major crack thru my screen which was really bad, a few mm thick. But then it turned into a hairline crack, but now the thickness is back so cannot see the screen at all.
I know i can buy the screens on ebay - has anyone any idea how easy it would be, or have any instructions?
Thanks

Hi, i found this via google :-
Basic fitting instructions: Remove the phone's battery. Unclip the front cover by pushing the 6 visible clips which hold the cover on away from the phone. Unscrew the 4 visable screws. Lift the screen from the main body of the phone and replace with the new LCD. Reverse the procedure for disassembly and it's finished. Please email for more detailed instructions (with photos).
Thats from google and i don't know the guy personally, but there is no harm to ask, says he has photo's too.0 -
