UK Soccer Shop troubles?

Damn, wish I had read this thread before I placed an order with this company wednesday. All I have been trying to do is find out if I can pay extra to get my order by next wedensday.

Fair enough if they are unable to but I just want an answer. The website makes it clear they ONLY want to be contacted by email, replies are vague and if you ring the number on the website it just rings out.

I will take them to the cleaners if needed.
