I know GoldenJill - and the back of my socks are getting threadbare!!! lol

Anyway they have been in touch......

I live at no 40 they said they had been sent out recorded delivery on 16th November and a card was left they were then collected from the office and signed for by someone - the name I don't want to say but I have never heard of it.
Then she asks me to confirm my address.....

Oh these were sent to number 30.

Now why would someone take time to go and collect a parcel from the office that was in the name of someone that they had never heard of???
If I got a card through the door and it was for someone I had never heard of I wouldn't go and collect it - because it's not mine...

I walked up the street to see which house it was. They have 3 cars on the drive a lot of the time, one a BMW so I think they can probably afford their own trainers! lol

It's just the priniciple of the matter really though, collecting, signing for and keeping something that's not theirs - and they must have known this from the start?

Anyway they are sending another pair out and I have to phone when I get them, but this pair is coming out of their pocket as every pair they had was allocated to someone.

That makes me feel kinda bad. But the lady who phoned (and she phoned 3 times!!) was lovely and so nice about it :)

I hope you get yours soon Ginjim!! :)

I feel awful saying this, but they are straight on Ebay. Fiance doesn't like them anyway so hopefully I will get enough to pay for my new trainers!! Yey!
