  • Yes, A Dream definitely needs to go somewhere in the middle, the piano section either needs to build or go in another direction - some kind of burst is needed.

WoooHooo:j :j HSBC have reversed the direct debit for me!!!!:j :j

So back to being happy again :D

Looking forward to this weekend. there's a sabbat tomorrow and me and DD are going to celebrate by having a feast, drinking good wine (well thats just me), planting some some seeds, and maybe even having a little bonfire in the garden and casting a circle round it.

Been spending a lot of time on the OS board to get recipies so I can use up everything I've got left in the fridge/freezer/cupboards.
Still got a bag full of potatoes if anyone's got any ideas for potato based recipes??

How about slice the potatoes into rounds. Cook them in milk and double cream until cooked through. Chuck in a bit of garlic a whole onion whilst cooking. when they are cooked, put it all in a baking dish minus the onion and chuck in the oven for 10 minutes. A bit of butter on the top if you have it will make it go golden or any bits of sad looking cheese grated and put on top will give it a cheesy topping.

Or, mash and tuna and any herbs you have. Make fishcakes and bake them in the oven or fry them until golden.

Same for mash and kidney beans. You can make them Mexican with a chilli and some coriander if you have it.

I fry off an onion, boil the potatoes (in slices) chuck them in a dish with a tin of tomatoes, garlic and dried herbs and then put cheese on top and bake.
