4 days of shopping in the many shops around here buying just the promotional items.
But my goal was my family having a holiday in NZ, and saving £800 was a powerful motivation to get this done!
We were going to NZ anyway, but when these deals came up it seemed like a true blessing from heaven.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Using the 3 Birdseye Roast Beef in Gravy at 66p each gives an extra 150 points at the moment - and I want about 60,000 points so I can get my parents a £2500 cruise for £800 (what it will costto get the points using that offer)0 -
All these points totals make mine look pitiful....364. But I don't shop at Tesco very often and to be honest all I'd like to do is save them up for a day out next year at alton towers or thorpe park.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Thanks for responding! If you want 60,000 points you have to buy 400 of the 3 Birds Eye Roast Beef in Gravy, is that correct, 1200 dinners? Where do you book your holiday then or how do you find out how many points you need?0 -
No - 400 packs is only 20000 or £200 pounds worth, equivalent of £800 in deals. To get a £2500 holiday Kazzea will need 1,200 packs of beef.
Edit - oh sorry just read your post correctly!!! Yes 1200 boxes is right!
You can book your holiday with any of the companies listed in the great deals brochure (see list earlier in thread) basically go by the brochure price but some discounts may be allowed.
I only have 14720 so far (plus another couple of hundred on my Tesco credit card statement) but I have only been collecting for about three weeksTotal for 2009: L'Oreal Lip Duo, Diary, Motability Guide
Thanks to everyone who post comps - you are all :cool2:0 -

Only another 795 packets of beef to go!!!!0 -
I know - I too like the Tourama hols best. I love the South American highlights one at £2335 pp  No way could afford a hol like this but when you divide the price by four its much more manageable - just need to acquire around 2000 beef in gravys for two people!!!Total for 2009: L'Oreal Lip Duo, Diary, Motability Guide
Thanks to everyone who post comps - you are all :cool2:0 -

Holiday = £1049 each = 104900 points, if 2 people £1049/104900 points x 2 = £2098/209800 points, using the 3 Birds Eye at 66p each gives you an extra 150 points. Therefore working on the basis of 2 people, £2098/209800 points, you would have to buy 209800 / 150 = 1398.66666666667 packets of 3 Birds Eye offers. Therefore 66p x 3 = £1.98 x 1399 packets = £2770.02, therfore would this not cost £2770.02 - £2098 = £672.02? Therefore you have your holiday paid for and meals cost you £672.02?
Please correct me if I am wrong, I maybe as I am in a rush and very late but this site is highly addictive!!0 -

Thats the cheapest price so I've budgeted for around £2,500 and I've already got around £400 in deals points so I've factored it all in0
