Midlands Snooker club in Bilston, it's only a half hour drive fo you. Get there before 2 and we can have 5 hours for £5 Theres 18 snooker tables and even more pool tables including a couple of them yankee ones.
I'll pay for the table if you come over anytime.

I sometimes think the signature is cumbersome when posting in other sections of MSE, but its a pain to try and log in / out using different user names

I don't post as regular as I used to but I have noticed the amount of new brokers coming on here. I have also noticed a lot of wannabe brokers coming here so this tells me one of 2 things

This site is getting a reputation that the regular brokers on here are a good source of learning for the newbie brokers and also that it seems as though we have a lot of charitable brokers who love sharing their knowledge.

It could be for touting and business generation. However, looking at that post yesterday of the guy who went to L&C after nobody would offer or recommend an adviser, it is good to see that they had not been contacted so maybe its not as rife as we suspect sometimes.

I have no issues with people looking to approach advisers on here BUT the consumer needs to follow the rule of checking the Broker is authorised correctly and will offer the service that they say they will through a thorough check of the Key Facts Document.

I agree, a lot of the recent brokers are using names that, in my view, are blatent advertising/self promotion. That is not in the spirit of the site.

Payless, if you are posting in another section in a non professional capacity just untick the 'show your signature' at bottom right.

Dan , believe if it can be done its only by admin - and chances are they will say just stop posting under existing, and setup a new one

I have to admit - ive never really paid much attention to usernames.... but now i do.

i guess usernames can be misleading........ I am neither a Jedi or a monkey (well the monkey part is debatable)

Oh hi I did not realise I would offend people with my username. I think your signature could bee seen as touting for busineess. May be if we all put "please do not contact me for advice" in the signature this would clear things up.
