Just out of interest. Which version are you using.

There is SpywareBlaster, which is a perfectly legitimate program.

There is also Spyware Blaster, which is listed on the Spyware Warrior rogue antispyware list.

I see you've typed your version with the gap between the words. This is the one that is on the rogue products list. Have a look HERE for more info. Scroll down for the list, and find this listing in alphabetical order (it's quite a long way down).

Sorry about that Rex. SpywareBlaster and SpywareGuard.
Thought that when I said from the same place would have given you a clue. :D

And, I will repeat for other people that I've not had any Spyware/Adware on my PC for over 6 months since using them.

For those who want to try them go here
    http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareguard.html
and there is a link for SpywareBlaster also.
There is a warning that SpywareGuard may conflict with other stuff but I've had no problems in 6 months.

    Hi,
most people who post on these subjects want free programs to do a job for them, nothing wrong with that, you get what you pay for and in the "free" category you will not get a brilliant all problem solving program. Spyware adaware, ect is becoming an increasingly bad problem, we have all downloaded the freebies, but if these don't work what pay for application's do. I have just been reading about "Spyware detector" £15, is it any good?
I would fork out for a program if it works well, specially in this field. Has anyone got it or used it? how good are the reviews? more to the point do we believe the online reviews are they just hype put out by the program makers and distributers, is there a trusted review site? so many questions.
