DS Repair?

I have emailed Codestorm, the official Nintendo repairers in the UK, twice but have received no response. I have also rung twice but have had to give up after holding for 10 minutes each time. My DS is 2 to 3 years old. Would I be as well to buy a new one or is it worth holding out for a response from Nintendo. Also, does anyone know of any other repair services?
Many thanks.
Have you re-calibrated it? You can do it from somewhere in the options screen. I can't remember exactly where but you should be able to find it.It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -
Yes, I have tried to but to do this you need to touch the screen with the stylus at specific points and the screen is so out of kilter that it is having no effect.0
