yes thats it..You have the exact same motherboard as me. It can take 3 sticks of ram all together.The lowest clock speed for memory is 133mhz ddr ram as far as I can remember(pc2100 ddr) but you can have quite a good range of the older processors on it. My processor is Athlon 2000+ and I think it will take at least a 2600+ you can search for the manual by searching for PCCHIPS m848A and that should tell you all you need.0
