hi
if you are still in contract then you are still liable for the line rental until your contract date is up, if you were to cancel early you would be charged the line rental for the rest of the contract. How far into your contract are you? if your a re 9mths or moreinto your contract you may be able to lower your tariffThe only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:

unfortunately you are liable for the contract and will not be able to lower your tariff until 12 march, if you are going to have difficulties in meeting your payments please call o2 and ask to be put to debt assistance to advise them, its best to do this before you start getting reminder letters! they may be able to offer a payment plan to you (however your phone may be restricted to incoming calls only if you have any outstanding payments) you will be able to write a cancellation letter on 12 may as you need to give 30 days notice to disconnectThe only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:

Raggsie, you agreed to pay your contract for twelve months. O2 may let you reduce your payment after 9 months, but really its up to them. They are perfectly entitled to hold you to your part of the agreement.
