What is classed as harasement , Ive had 8 missed calls from egg , no message left but same number was recorded on my phone just because im over my limit !

What do you advise ?

Ring them to discuss it would seem the logical course of action. Also, given that no message was left, how do you know it's "just because I'm over my limit"?

i had this a couple of years ago, i didnt answer a few witheld number. when i did it was egg checking that i was responsible for big spending on a day trip to france! they were making sure it wasnt card fraud. rather pleased that they did TBH.

Get back under your limit ? Seriously though, the way you word your post makes it sound as if you haven't spoken to them, so if you're over your limit, of course they're gonna try and contact you. Actually speaking to them and trying to sort the situation out is probably gonna get you a lot further than steaming in and accusing them of harrassing you. Hope you get it sorted man

I think if you break the T&Cs you should expect some form of contact from them. Of course they might be calling to up your limit for you.

Egg sometimes uses recorded messages. If the system realises it has gone to voicemail (BT 1571 or similar) it will hangup and retry at a later date/time. This explains the multiple calls.

If you don't contact them they may suspect you to be a runaway spender and block your card.
Talk to them!

In deciding whether one is liable for harassment, the way one makes the alleged victim feel is taken into account, and not the actions of whoever for example, making the phone calls.

a c ase a few years ago, can't remember off the top of my head as i haven't studied said topic for a year, illustrated that simply the sending of letters; can amount to harassment

Learn to manage your finances and stop complaining.
