Morning everyone!
Nearly straight at our new home, just 2 curtain poles to be put up then curtains to be hung in my room and A's then we will move in
.
Spent most of yesterday in bed as felt sick and had an upset tum, just felt washed out
.
Had I-T's Dad and sister for a meal last night (they tasted very nice
!) as it was her birthday on Thursday. I-T cooked a lovely 3 course meal all with WW in mind! I wasn't sure that I'd be able to eat it after feeling so rough but I did! Had a lovely evening and after clearing up were in bed for 12.20am.
Twins are at their father's this weekend which was lucky with not feeling well y'day. Today I-T and I are off to the house to take some stuff over and make up my bed. Then we're going to buy some summer flowering plants for the garden as it has railway sleepers edging the lawn that are crying out for some lobelia or such like to trail down and give it lots of colour.
Had a letter from the CMHT rearranging my appt for next Friday to next Thursday which I can't do so a phone call to them first thing tomorrow me thinks! I have waited 6 weeks for this appointment and really need to start this process so that I can get on with my life.
New LL went to the house on Friday after I had left to check out the items that I had cause to bring to his attention - the electricians hadn't 'made good' around light switches and sockets and had left 3 big holes in the lounge wall where once had been wall lights. I left a letter apologising for the mess (although it really wasn't that bad) and have asked that he come back when I am completely straight and cleaned up to see how I will looking after his property - I hope he will.
Sun is shining here today, how is everyone??

Hi everyone,
Sorry been a bit quiet last couple of days but been busy trying to get sorted. It seems to be taking me forever this time, but with 5 moves in 29 months its not surprising I suppose!
Anyway, the good news is that I have a carpenter coming this evening to put up the curtain poles, the electrician is coming tomorrow to fix the kitchen light switch, the decorator tomorrow also to make good where the electrician didn't!!! And a firm are coming tomorrow to clean my suite.
I am looking after my nieces for the next 3 days so I will limited as to how much I can do, but on Friday will be putting up curtains and hope to sleep here on Friday night!!!!!
The new LL has been wonderful in getting these people sorted to do what is needed, his carpenter is here at mo fixing side gate, and yesterday when I was here the central heating had packed up so he arranged for an engineer to come this morning who has remedied the problem and is coming back on MOnday to service the boiler. The shower still doesn't work but LL has said he will replace it - what a superb kind man he is!
Anyway must go for now as I can my nieces running havoc in the lounge!! (they're on late Easter hols).Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
Had men round to clean suite today who said it was past its best and not worth cleaning!! Thats what 4 months of storage does to a cream suite! So been to a second hand place and got a really nice 3 seater and 2 seater sette for £90!!!!!!! And they took the old one away!!!
Decorator and electrician been also, curtains all hung, beds made up aprt from mine. So tomorrow will tidy around and clean (again!) with a view to actually sleeping here on Friday!!Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -

I'll bet they did - and I would be most surprised if they decided it 'wasn't worth cleaning'.
Still, pleased to see that things are progressing well. :T :TI am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Morning all,
Off for my long awaited appointment with the Community Mental Health Team this morning, apparently they have made a c*ck up with my appt and I only have 30 mins instead of 1 hour! This appt is much needed as I have a lot to get off my chest so to speak
